DTI conducts 2nd Business Consultations on PH Trade Negotiation Strategy
The Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) is strengthening its initiatives through active communication with business leaders.
The DTI recently concluded its dialogue with various business leaders in updating them of the Philippines’ trade and economic interests in the international fora on a multilateral, regional and bilateral level.
DTI Undersecretary Adrian S. Cristobal Jr. said, “Government has been taking steps to expand the country’s market access by way of maximizing capacity building efforts through economic and technical cooperation. This includes, among others, our inclusion in the list of countries benefitting from the Generalized System of Preferences Plus (GSP+).”
